Fans will again be allowed to attend UFC events, albeit on a very limited basis. According to the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, the three events scheduled for this month on “fight Island "will have a ” limited number of spectators" at the new Etihad Arena.

According to the Department, its proven "safe zone" is what allowed a select number of people to attend all three events, starting with UFC Fight Island 7 on Saturday January 16, 2021, where Max Holloway will take on Calvin Kattar.

"Viewers will see three mega-fights using Abu Dhabi's proven 'safe zone' concept to protect the health and safety of all participants, spectators, crew and media, " a separate tweet read.
